Sermon Of The Week : The Good Shepherd And The Lost Sheep (Rev Yong Deung Ming )
1. Did you know that Shepherd (being mentioned 118 times) while Sheep (mentioned 200 times) in the Bible. These two terms must be of very special significance to us.
2. Every sheep needs a shepherd. Today, Jesus is the shepherd. He takes care and feed his sheep.
3. We all are Jesus sheep. Sometimes we got lost from our shepherd because we insist on our own way and disobeying his commands.
4. However Jesus never gave up on us. He loves us. He carries us on his shoulders so that we get closer to his heart.
5. I believe we as the lost sheep, feels secure and warm in his embrace.
6. Are you still wandering away from his will , Jesus loves you. He came to seek the lost sheep and bring them home, are you willing to surrender yourself to the will of the shepherd and follow him?
