Are you the one whom God’s favour rest?

1. One whom God’s favour rest is one who knows how to forgive others.
2. We all are debtors to Jesus. We carried the debts of sin. Yet Jesus spared our debts by taking it onto the cross.
3. However, if we do not forgive others, our debts are not spared even if we had already become a Christian.
4. When we do not forgive, our offerings and our prayers cannot please God.
5. Cause, when we do not forgive, not only our sins are not forgiven , those who offended us are also not forgiven. Thus, we allowed hatred to bind us, which makes us also being bounded in heaven.
6. Forgiveness is for our benefit. We were rewarded when we were persecuted for Christ.
7. 3 forgiving examples : Stephen ( During pain, hurt, he still chose to forgive those who persecuted him. ), Joseph ( People may do harm to us, but he saw that behind those evil plots, God has a better plan in behind ) , Jesus ( Sinless, yet carried our sins, so that we can be with him in heaven ).
8. When we really forgive others, we would not choose to revenge, but rather we willing to give more than what they ask. Forgiveness is endless.
9. We should reflect ourselves are there someone that I hate, humbly ask the Lord to help us to forgive and to heal our broken heart.
10. When we do so , we are glorifying God.
