Day Four : Four treasures for an abundant life
Today is the fourth day of CNY , everyone is ready for work . Before getting ready yourselves to work, dont forget to receive your blessings of the day. Today's prayer is 4 essential, precious treasures in an abundant life. In the first movie of " The Chronicles Of Narnia", there is a scene where the Pevensie children receives a tool each to help them in their journey. Likewise, God is giving each of us today not one but four tools instead to help us enjoying a abundant life.First Treasure : Rest , Our God is one that always loves to carry and help our problems. He knows our every worries, and he's willing to carry it for you if you are willing to cast your worries to him. Give him your problems, and he will give you rest.
Second Treasure： Joy. What is joy ? Joy is a positive energy that emerges beneath of your heart, but not by receiving the pleasure of satisfying one or more desires. May God gives you his joy and enjoy every moments in your life.
Third Treasure: Peace , God gives us an overcoming peace. What is your first action to be taken when you are in times of hardships? We try to run away for it. Many times, we don't enjoy our life, because we do not have these overcoming peace, we are always worried about bad circumstances. May God bless you with his overcoming peace, to make you an victor in every good and bad circumstances.
Fourth Treasure: Forgiveness. Everyone does make mistakes. In many times, we put too much attention on our mistakes and felt guilty, self-condemnation and shame. However, God did not feel the same way as you are. He is always full of compassion, and is ready to forgive you as you come before him and confess your sins to him. He loves you and he forgives you. May God's forgiveness now enters into your heart,and comforts you and deliver you from all the guilt and condemnation in you.
Dear Father, We thank you for you a God of compassion, and a God of a abundance. You are willing to help us to live an abundant life, thus you gave us these four precious treasures to help us. May you open our hearts today, so that we are willing to receive your four precious treasures right now; at this moment. We thank you Jesus, In Jesus name we pray, Amen !
